Seamless Coordination for High-Quality Interior Design and Building Integration

During RIBA Stage 3, Ross Ellis Stewart took on the crucial role of Internal Lead, overseeing the integration of the building’s interior elements to align with the client’s vision and objectives. His collaboration with the ID:SR Interiors team ensured that the design met both aesthetic and functional goals, while integrating smoothly with the building’s structure and systems. The result was a cohesive, high-quality interior environment that reflected the client’s brand and operational needs.

Collaborative Leadership in Structural and MEP Coordination

Ross led the coordination of the structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) services during the later stages of design. Key actions included:

  • Facilitating weekly workshops with engineering teams to align structural frameworks, façade architecture, and interior systems.

  • Ensuring full integration of all building systems, minimizing design conflicts and improving project efficiency.

Delivering a Functional and High-Quality Design

Through his leadership, Ross played a pivotal role in delivering a technically excellent design that met the client’s expectations for both quality and functionality. His efforts ensured the project balanced operational needs with the structural integrity of the building, ultimately resulting in a successful and well-executed outcome
