Clockwise, Commercial Quay, Leith

Serviced offices fit-out, Leith with Morgan McDonnell Architecture

Ross was project associate for Morgan McDonnell Architecture on the re-imagining and and re-positioning of this Category-A listed former whisky bond as Clockwise serviced offices for client Castleforge.

The building was previously fitted out as a series of offices that were under different tenancies. The brief was to unite the disparate spaces in the building as and when they became vacant under the Clockwise banner and provide shared facilities that would bring the building into the 21st century.

A range of different sized office suites were created alongside shared reception and lounge areas, meeting rooms, dedicated desk areas for members and an on site bar with micro brewery giving the building a day and night life.

Ross was instrumental in the development of the layout, look and feel and in establishing the brand identity of the scheme leaning on the history of the building and oversaw the design development and delivery of the project on site.
