Ross became a valuable member of the multidisciplinary team during RIBA Stage 3, assuming the role of Internal Lead. He collaborated closely with the ID:SR team to coordinate the interior aspects of the building. Ross played a key role in overseeing the integration of interior components with the overall structure and services.

Ross assumed the leadership role in overseeing the coordination of structural and MEP services during the concluding phases of the structural design process. He conducted weekly coordination workshops with the engineering teams, ensuring seamless integration between the structural design, façade architecture, interior elements, and building services. This position entailed a significant level of responsibility and represented a senior role within the team.
